YOGA

Family
Yoga series focuses on introducing families to the discovery of
the mind, body and heart. Student dancers benefit greatly from yoga
by learning vital breathing techniques and developing concentration,
all while deepening their mind-body connection and fine-tuning their
instrument. In addition to these benefits, direct physical experience
builds confidence, self-esteem and mutual respect. Families
will develop self-awareness through moving gracefully, breathing
smoothly and deeply, and sustaining focus and concentration. Click
